You can probably tell the gist of the article from the title, but the areas we specifically were quoted in focused on where to store wine after it is opened - hint, the refrigerator is best - and how to store sparkling wine in particular. We have had great luck using plastic wrap with a rubber band to keep it tightly sealed, and then putting it back in the fridge.
